Yes you do. You can log into your NowHiring account anytime and see how many people have clicked on your resume. This feature can be great for your ego!

Searching resumes is free. You pay only to contact the ones you want. Unlimited resume access is included in your monthly membership fee of $198 p/m (inc GST).

How do I contact a Job Seeker from the Resume database?

To contact people from the resume database you simply need to purchase membership to NowHiring ($198 p/m). You are then free to contact as many people from the resume database as you need.

Are my job applicant details stored online if I need them?

Yes. Applications for your jobs are emailed to you, plus they are stored online in your secure NowHiring account. No more losing track of valuable resumes.

Yes you can. You can search for applicants, view applicants by job, create notes against applicants, update your Applicant Status field, send auto acknowledgement emails to applicants and much more.

Can I screen applicants as they apply?

Yes you can. If you purchase any membership plan on NowHiring you can create screen questions on each of your job ads. Your applicants are then scored, ranked and sorted according to how they answer your screening questions.

Yes there is a fully searchable Advertiser directory. Advertisers who purchase any membership plan can list their business in this directory. NowHiring users can read all about your business, visit your company web site, view and apply for your jobs and more.

Yes. On NowHiring we allow company logos to appear on Job and Project Listings. This gives a uniform and consistent look and feel to the site and makes our ads a lot easier to read (and apply for).

Yes you can.
